An ISBN is a 10 or 13-digit number that is unique to a particular book's title, author, edition, and publisher. For example: [ISBN 0-123456-78-9] and [ISBN 978-0-123456-78-9].

ISBN can be found on the back cover and first page of every book.

Some books will be purchased by your bookstore, while others will not. Whichever bidder has the highest price on the Valore marketplace, that's the price you'll see!

Payments are usually sent within 5 business days after we receive your books.

Once your books are accepted, you can choose how you’d like to get paid through Tremendous; options include ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and more. Please note that some payment methods may incur fees from Tremendous.

Drop your books off at any UPS location. And make sure to bring your shipping label, so that you don't have to pay for shipping!

The best way to track receipt is via the tracking number that UPS provides. To check whether we've received your book, visit the UPS tracking page and type in the tracking number provided.

No, this site is only for “selling” back your books through Valore, a sell-back partner of your college bookstore. Rental books have to be returned to the place of rental. If you have any questions on how your bookstore is handling rental returns, please contact your college bookstore directly.
